How the Lending Library Works

Firstly, register for an account using your student email address, and let us know which club or society (organisation) you are from. Then you can book your items one week in advance of when you want to use them.

Come into our building the day you have booked to pick up and collect your items and use them for up to one week, before coming back in anytime on the day you are to return your items and return them.

 

Please Note: You must be a club committee member in order to use this service and reserve items, if you are not, your request will be denied.

 

Where do I join?

Create an online account by clicking the link at the top of this page and read and sign the member's agreement. 

 

How Do I Reserve Items?

Items need to be reserved one week before collection. 

Search inventory at the top of this page. Add each item to your cart by using the calendar to tell us when you need the items. Once you have filled up your cart you can then press submit. You will receive an email confirmation when you have reserved items.

 

Where Do I Collect/Return My Items?

Collect and return your items from the McIntyre Building during our opening times. We are based on University Avenue, next to the Main Gate on the Gilmorehill Campus. Find us here on Google Maps.

 

How Long Can I Borrow Items For?

Items can be loaned for up to one week at a time.
